Texture Paste

The cream itself is smooth and not super tacky like some other paste-type products. It works great on short hair, giving it that workable, moldable texture that's still soft. Compared to gels, mousse, and hairspray, it's a much better option, in my opinion, by not leaving my hair crunchy or stiff. I think as long as my hair is on the shorter side, this is something I'd buy for my hair styling products & and I would recommend it to family and friends who also have short or curly hair.

It is just like it says, long lasting, has a great pull top lid so you don't get your fingernails all gooped up with product. It's not gummy or waxy in your hair and doesn't build-up after A-day, you can actually use some dry shampoo and be ok after using. It doesn't turn your hair white or make it look like there are cobwebs in it. It smells great and you only need a tiny bit it to go a long way so the bottle will last. I am definitely hooked and have made the change. I will recommend this to my friends and family and recommend that you do the same. Check it out, you won't be sorry!

I've never using a paste type product like this and had the chance to experience this product in exchange for my honest feedback. I like that when I use this it doesn't leave my hair sticky, feel clumpy, or even like I have just too much product in my hair. Before trying this product, I would mess with my hair constantly throughout the day. I don't even have to think twice after using this. My hair stays where I want it and my style stays intact. It also smells wonderful. I definitely recommend this!

It's a cross between a gel and paste because it's not thick like a regular paste is but definitely thicker than gel. Has awesome hold and keeps you hair looking cute all day! Has a nice salon smell not to overpowering would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a light product to help hair stay styled!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like I said, it works but it's not a super strong hold. I like using it to keep a side sweep in place and it works great. I also use it on my toddlers "spikes" and it works but before long it has flattened. It does leave a bit of residue too. Nothing too crazy but you can tell you have product in your hair. Actually my least favorite thing about this product is the "tube" mine is in. I have a stand up tube that you pull back and it's hard to come out and then after you set it down, it comes out and you end up wasting a bit of it. Not a horrible product but will continue the search for a better one.

I tried it on my hair and my hubby's and he loved it! The only thing is it left a little bit of a weird feel to my hair, kinda greasy kinda wet-ish. That's probably just me tho. The paste looks and feels a bit foamy, and it has a faint scent which really made me feel fresh. You can use it both on dry or wet hair. I usually applied it in my towel dried hair, and when my hair dried completely it had that amazing definition. I have a bit of a dry, frizzy, curly hair, and the texturizing hair paste from Redken was exactly the right product for me and my hair. It hold the hair form without making it stiff, and my hair had the same look all day long. I love that the paste gently decreases the frizziness all the while making the hair hold the style I originally intended. Only a small amount was enough for my shoulder length hair, and I think one tube will last for a long time for me. I would definitely recommend to anyone who has frizzy hair and is looking for a gentle yet effective product to have that mane in check.
