Caroline has more that 18 years of experience “behind the chair” and obtained her Redken certification in 2022. Throughout her career, she has remained at the cutting edge of her profession and continuously perfected her techniques by participating in numerous training sessions. Disciplined, authentic and dynamic in her professional life as well as her personal life, she is known for her active listening, expert advice, interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with others.

Caroline is an artist who is passionate about chemistry! Colouring holds no secrets for her, it’s her area of expertise. Particularly fond of sharing her knowledge, and endowed with an undeniable talent for simplifying complex concepts, she is very happy to be a part of the large Redken education family.
