Blonde Dimensions Lignteners

I’ve been using blonde dimensions for years now. My favorite for any type of blonding service because of how on the hair but still giving at least 7/8 levels of lift and also the white powder. Lately it has been hard to find :0 Is this product discontinued?

I have been using this lightener since 1997. I have tried all the new Redken lighteners but always go back to this one. No others including many other brands I have tried leave the hair feeling as healthy. I love this one when you don’t want the hair too light because you can use 10 vol and only process less time and it doesn’t overlift. Also this one was my fave for on scalp lightening, I tried replacing it with Up to 7 since this one seems to be discontinued and it actually gave one of my clients chemical burns. I have never had that happen with Blonde Dimensions. I prefer the white bleach because it does not trick you into thinking the hair has less yellow than it actually does. I know how to judge with violet lighteners but why bother, they don’t actually tone the hair better in my opinion. That’s what Shades EQ is for. I will say if you have level 4 hair or darker you should use a stronger one than this, such as their Flag Lift but for not coarse level 5 hair and lighter this is my go to Because I find that much power unnecessary for finer hair types and just overly drying.

It fried my hair gave me a color chemical burn. My hair has never gotten damaged from using shades eq this was my 1st time using shades eq plus bonder . My hair strand elasticity strength is weak and breaks off and coils back crunchy , it feels like gum I used it as directed and I don’t have any medications and it felt horrible while I rinsed it with just water before I used my vegan shampoo It’s been a horrible experience, I’ve been using non permanent hair color for a couple years now to regrow natural healthy hair. And now my entire hair strand is damaged. I contacted redken directly and the rep was rude and kept talking about herself and how she’s a chemist and she burns her hair off and blah blah blah. Very rude I’m literally in shock .

My stylist uses this on my hair when I get my balayage lightening. Rather than paying 80.00 for a toner application only between full services, I decided to try it at home. Mixed it exactly as was described using 2 bonder colors (9V and 10GRo), 000 crystal clear, and the processing solution. Applied to clean, dry hair and left it on for 20 minutes. May hair looks like I just left the salon. It is shiny, soft and the color is exactly what I was looking for. I realize doing a home hair color job is not always recommended and can be done incorrectly, but I followed all the directions and it came out perfect.

I used the product a week ago. It made my hair extremely, dry, fizzy and stiff -- more like straw than hair. I to correct the situation by using deep conditioner, mask, your 25 Benefits One United in an attempt to reverse the damage/condition -- no improvement. I couldn't be more upset, worried, unhappy and at loss as to how to restore my hair to its previous state..

I used the shades eq gloss and the gel product with it and my hair is HORRIBLE now. The color is cute but my gorgeous soft long hair is freaking straw now. I can’t even wear it down it’s so staticky. Redken ruined my hair
