[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this conditioner for about 2 weeks, and I have noticed a huge improvement in the texture of my hair. It's super soft and smooth, and this conditioner doesn't leave my hair feeling weighed down or greasy at all. I also love that I don't need to use a ton of product to get a good result - in the past when I've tried different conditioners I end up having to use way more than I should because I have such thick full hair. My hair has been through a lot the past couple years and this conditioner has been a life saver! While I did get a full size bottle for free to sample, I'll definitely be purchasing this as my go to from now on!

This causes my hair to feel dry and frizzy. My hair is naturally thin and from coloring it has become brittle. To begin, this conditioner smells amazing and has given my hair so much moisture. It feels so much more healthy now and the frizz has went away. My hair feels so soft and smooth. My hair just soaks up this conditioner and absorbs the moisture. Overall, I have loved this and definitely recommend.

So moisturizing and repairing to my dry and damaged hair! After two weeks of use my hair is so much more manageable without using extra detangling and smoothing products outside of this system. It feels amazing as well, so incredibly soft. The name is definitely a perfect fit. The formula is perfect, doesn't leave any residue and doesn't weigh my hair down or change my curl pattern. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since beginning the All Soft hair routine, my hair has been transformed. I no longer feel like I have to cut it all off. I had neon pink hair for six years, which required constant bleaching and dying, so my hair was straw. After three weeks, it's soft, touchable and back to life! This conditioner is thick, has a lovely scent, and stays in my hair. It feels and works like a deep conditioning treatment but it's light enough to use almost every day! When I use it in conjunction with the shampoo and oil, it makes a tremendous difference. There is a noticeable difference in my hairs softness and manageability on days I don't use this routine.

Damaged my hair

It fried my hair gave me a color chemical burn. My hair has never gotten damaged from using shades eq this was my 1st time using shades eq plus bonder . My hair strand elasticity strength is weak and breaks off and coils back crunchy , it feels like gum
I used it as directed and I don’t have any medications and it felt horrible while I rinsed it with just water before I used my vegan shampoo
It’s been a horrible experience, I’ve been using non permanent hair color for a couple years now to regrow natural healthy hair. And now my entire hair strand is damaged. I contacted redken directly and the rep was rude and kept talking about herself and how she’s a chemist and she burns her hair off and blah blah blah. Very rude I’m literally in shock .

My stylist uses this on my hair when I get my balayage lightening. Rather than paying 80.00 for a toner application only between full services, I decided to try it at home. Mixed it exactly as was described using 2 bonder colors (9V and 10GRo), 000 crystal clear, and the processing solution. Applied to clean, dry hair and left it on for 20 minutes. May hair looks like I just left the salon. It is shiny, soft and the color is exactly what I was looking for. I realize doing a home hair color job is not always recommended and can be done incorrectly, but I followed all the directions and it came out perfect.

DREADFUL PRODUCT!!

I used the product a week ago. It made my hair extremely, dry, fizzy and stiff -- more like straw than hair. I to correct the situation by using deep conditioner, mask, your 25 Benefits One United in an attempt to reverse the damage/condition -- no improvement. I couldn't be more upset, worried, unhappy and at loss as to how to restore my hair to its previous state..

Crap product

I used the shades eq gloss and the gel product with it and my hair is HORRIBLE now. The color is cute but my gorgeous soft long hair is freaking straw now. I can’t even wear it down it’s so staticky. Redken ruined my hair
